In his entire career, Nagarjuna has never promoted a film the way he has promoted Wild Dog. Read on to know if these promotions helped the film or not.

Analysis
Off late, we have been used to watching so much stuff on OTT that the drama that unfolds is quite good. So, taking a cue from there, Nagarjuna has brought in the same action backdrop with Wild Dog. He is amazing in his role and sets an example.
But sadly, the other factors do not help the film much. The entire first half goes for a toss. The film is all about nabbing a terrorist but there are hardly thigh slapping patriotic scenes. Thaman is also sleep walking with his BGM as he does not help much with his score.
Things start happening only in the second half where the action makes a lot of sense. But the way Nag and his team nab the terrorist is not shown in a gripping manner. The scenes are not bad but they are also not that gripping and create adreline rush.
They get unleashed at their own pace which looks like a mixed bag. The choice of the villain also does not help matters much as there is no domination from his perspective and the war is always one sided.

Final.Word
Wild Dog is a sincere attempt from Nagarjuna and his team. Though the film has a dull first half, it makes a lot of sense in the second half. There are no adrenaline pumping scenes or the film is bad. It ends as a film with so so action which can be watched with lower expectations.
